FAQs

  • How easy is it to contact you?

Very easy. Our Pastor carries the church phone as his personal cell phone so he may be contacted anytime both day and night. Pastor Krampert also receives emails to his personal mobile device so he can be contacted anytime. Please use the online form to introduce yourself and the Pastor will reach out to you! Please see the bottom of each page for access to phone number and email information.

  • Is your church wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our auditorium has ground level access for individuals who have difficulty with stairs.

  • How long are the services?

Each service will generally last an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.

  • What time do I show up?

Generally arriving 15 minutes before service will give you time to find seating. Be sure to add a few extra minutes to your arrival time if you need to place children in the nursery or Sunday School classes.

  • Will I be singled out as a guest?

As a first time visitor you will be given a visitor card when you first arrive or sometime during the service. We ask that when the offering plate comes by, simply place the visitor card in the offering plate. Please fill in as much information as you are comfortable with. This will give us an opportunity to get to know you better and will allow us to reach out and thank you for coming.

  • Am I required to give an offering?

No. As much as we appreciate our visitor’s willingness to give, the ministries of Heritage Baptist Church are funded by our members.

  • Are children welcome?

Yes. At Heritage Baptist Church we love children and endeavor to maintain an environment where both parents and children can learn the Bible.

  • What is your nursery like?

Our nursery is always clean and safe. All of our nursery workers are well qualified and will love your children. A live video feed of our services is also available for viewing in our nursery.

  • Does the church provide counseling?

Yes. Our Pastor and staff will take the time to help you through whatever problems may arise in your life. All counseling is free and based upon the Bible.

  • What can I do if I have a family crisis?

If a problem arises our Pastor will be glad to make himself available for you. Please contact him from the online form or call the phone number directly. Please see the bottom of each web page for phone number and email information.
